Sync Stream

The AI automation agency I cofounded, 2024 to 2026.

Sync Stream AI was an automation agency for Australian small businesses. Three founders ran it from December 2024 to October 2026. I owned engineering and delivery.

We built agents and automations for about 10 clients. Some of them:

  • A tender pipeline and knowledge agent for a construction company.
  • A sales follow-up agent and a pricing agent for an appraisal company.
  • A grant matching agent for a grant advisory firm.
  • Lead qualification into Pipedrive for a glazing company.
  • A member chatbot for a gym franchise.

We moved from n8n to Mastra along the way. The agency wound down in October 2026.
